I don’t know why the world tolerates America?

Is it because of the fast food in all it’s variety? Is it because of the cars, the big buildings, the lights, glamour and pace of a desirable and apparently affluent society? Is it because of their prowess in sports, the holiday destinations, the natural beauty?

There are definitely things we find pleasing about America and rightfully so, but what about the bad stuff? The country is plagued by mass shootings, drug epidemics for both prescribed and illegal drugs and urban deprivation. America also has an unstoppable war machine which it calls in when its bullying foreign policy and tariff led strangulation tactics don’t work. Even at home American’s have to deal with foul-mouthed politicians and the racist ideologies of the men who have inhabited The White House.

Is it a fair trade to accept inhumanity cloaked as policy, moral corruption in the guise of entertainment, raw greed masked as affluence, and even the beautifying of genocide as a path to peace, bringing ever nearer the destruction of our planet by those so ideologically unsound that despite the clamour of the rest of the world, they press on with their atrocities? Is that really a fair trade for what America offers us?

Donald Trump, yes that son of a pumpkin, has radiated racism and displayed all the characteristics of a neighborhood hoodlum for many years, and still yet the American public has managed to vote him into office twice. Once was bad enough, two times is unforgivable. One wonders if democracy is the way, why it is that America, often seen as the defender of democracy has been able to produce this prolonged human tragedy otherwise known as the Trump administration?

The video will be an eye opener, it shows how the symbols of white supremacy are baked into this administration harking back to the dubious ideological concepts of previous American figures now clothed in disgrace, and even to the Nazi’s.

It’s never ceases to amaze me what a moral cesspit the American administration is, but given America is a nation formed on the back of the genocide of native people, I guess no one should be surprised about their thirst for bloodshed and death. “If the root is bad, the fruit will be bad”, as a wise man once said.

Let’s face facts here, for the last 400 years Europeans have had the world shaped according to their desires. They colonised, they evangelised, their languages became prominent, and they set up the systems of trade and monetary movement. With all that said, why is it that these European systems still rely on war and violence in various guises to maintain their empires and “strategic interests”?

Taking a look at approach to sustaining a society, from a birds eye view, it seems that it isn’t sustainable and far from these colonising nations being endowed with true wealth, their prosperity is slipping away and the outward display of riches is based on debt.

Also these nations are now suffering low birth rates, and this from those so advanced in medical practices, apparently with the most healthy and clean lifestyles. How can this be happening, even after they plotted to reduce the populations of many African nations. This is what the Kissinger report states, and what many black musicians have been telling us for some time. I remember Public Enemies “Fear of a Black Planet” from 1989. White people fear being made insignificant by black people, and their unnatural fear has manifested in population control, not just in Africa, but in all the places they have colonised or invaded. But still their population is in decline? How, why?

Cape Town: Apartheid 2.0

Beware that when the Europeans are forced to abandon one system that enabled them to have control over something valuable, whether that be people through enslavement, land through conquest, or financial systems through laws and legislation; yes beware that they always have a 2.0 system in the wings ready to continue their control and enforce dominance, just when you had hope of a change.

Think on these historical examples, the cruelty of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and enslavement, gave way to Jim Crow and Segregation, creating permanent fractures in America and imposing societal structures on people that limit their growth.

A similar thing could be said about European colonialism. Countries that gained independence from European nations like Britain, France, Germany etc, but the colonialists destroyed infrastructure as they departed, then left systems of privilege in place that smoothed the path for European people, while making the indigenous second class citizens in their own lands.

An extension of this is the financial systems, historically, always controlled by European nations and offering the best benefits to them. One one ends, such as Gold Standard through to Bretton Woods and then Floating “Fiat” currencies; the so called developing nations always disadvantaged by those who create the rules.

It’s no surprise then that South Africa, that last ghastly expression of some of the most brutal racism exemplified by the Apartheid government, should have a policy to maintain white power, just waiting on standby in the wings. The cruelty of the UAE towards the Sudanese

These cruel men, citizens of the UAE, perhaps reflective of racist Arab attitudes toward African people, are openly mocking the disaster unfolding before our eyes in Sudan. It’s well known that the UAE are funding the RSF who are fighting against the government forces. Perhaps it is just another foreign power playing divide and conquer in Africa, and sadly we are too blind, still to realise, that we who live in a land of such promise, are being manipulated by those who have greedy desires to take away our security and peace, replacing it with bitterness, while they feast of our loss.
