The US Military: Unaccountable Corruption

Did you know that the US Government has published findings on the financial integrity of The Pentagon (the US Military’s controlling body) that paints a picture of a massive financial black hole ranging from somewhere between 2.3 TRILLION and 16 TRILLION dollars – that equates to the GDP of countries like Brazil or India depending on which figure you rely on. Thats between $8,000 and $55,000 dollars for every US man, woman and child.

In an astounding report, James Corbett reveals some really troubling links between the 9/11 attack and this “missing money” that the US Military spends without any robust traceable oversight. My suspicion is that aside from lining the pockets of the US Army’s military equipment suppliers and the technocratic elite, this is where the shadow money comes from that is used in clandestine ways to destabilise other nations so that new “US interests” – code for reasons for the US to leech resources from other nations is set up, to underpin the growing cruelty and gluttony of the US military empire.

When the US Military is spending money like this, with little or no accountability to the US populace, what becomes of the rest of the world? It is no wonder that the USA is so arrogant in its dealings abroad when its own people do not seem to be able to hold it to account. This beast is out of control!

Future By Design’s “You Call This Justice” was originally recorded back in 2007, but the lyrics were not written until 2026. This is actually my first vocal Drum and Bass track. I’m bringing my understanding of scripture to face the current reality of the world we live in. We face injustice from those who are supposed to guide our lives, self interest and greed are endemic (maybe a “pandemic”). I don’t think we can expect such people to wake up and learn, so we are going to have to build the way to righteousness ourselves, if that is what we truly desire.

Does Capitalism make sense for Africa?

The key thing for African’s in Africa and in the Diaspora to understand is that land is wealth. I can’t say it any more simply than that. When you have land, you can build your house, grow your crops and live in freedom.

Capitalism, although it may be all we have ever known and may be all we see in our history books is a new invention, and a system designed to place land, currency, and the means of production in the hands of the wealthy. This system is based on varying levels of coercive force, physical, economic, social, etc – and it drives those who are not wealthy into need, so they must labour in order to earn currency to afford shelter, buy food and goods of varying kinds.

You can live off the land if you are lucky enough to have that. If you don't have land you have to live from the supermarket which traps you in a system of debt. Don't be fooled by the pretty exterior - the system wants your soul, until death.
You can live off the land if you are lucky enough to have that. If you don’t have land you have to live from the supermarket which traps you in a system of debt. Don’t be fooled by the pretty exterior – the system wants your soul, until death.

You will have noted that Africa was the source of the human resource that has made much of the Northern Hemisphere (America, Europe, Middle East) rich through the Arab and Trans-Atlantic Slave trades. In the current day Africa again is the source of materials that those same areas of the world rely on extracting at low cost from in order to build wealth. Capitalism relies on cheap or free labour and cheap or free materials as key elements to enable profit to be made.

“Markets” are also key to Capitalism, and by this I don’t mean the traditional town or village market where different stall holders bring their goods to sell. No, the “markets” that Capitalism defines are not physical but rather they are structural, they exist at an organisational level underlying the sale of everything. These markets are not necessarily focused on a specific geographic location, but can be nationwide, regional and are frequently global. However, markets still indirectly connect sellers with buyers.

The impact of the market system is deliberate and on the level of nations mirrors what capitalism does between people, the wealthy and the poor; it creates a power imbalance and need. So when coffee is produced in Ethiopia, oil in Nigeria or diamond’s in Botswana, even though these nations have a valuable resource, they must seek a market to sell it in. The prices of goods in markets are often set not by the nations that have the goods, but by cartels which serve the nations that want to buy those materials. Therefore the raw materials are kept at a low cost so that multinational companies can process, manufacture and brand them in order to sell them on at profit.

Even currency has its own market, and when nations selling raw materials, processed materials and even finished goods have weaker currencies than the nations participating in markets that buy those goods, they struggle to generate the wealth. Just like the market for raw materials and goods, the market for currency is artificially set and it is not based on an objective standard.

Markets can also create scarcity to drive up the price – note the issue with the cost of oil at the moment because of US aggression in Iran and Venezuela. Markets can also drive demand for things which are not essential to peoples’ lives, like cars, computer games, and luxury goods.

Whoever loves money never has enough;
whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income.
This too is meaningless.
As goods increase,
so do those who consume them.
And what benefit are they to the owners
except to feast their eyes on them?

Ecclesiastes chapter 5, verses 10&11

So we participate in a system that drives and perpetuates our continued reliance on it for survival. What happens if you stop work? No work, no currency, no shelter, no food. What happens if nations or companies refuse to observe the market system? No market, raw materials and goods are stranded and no profit is obtained from them.

The bewitching nature of the Capitalist system is powerful. We labour and strive for pretty trinkets and consumer goods that will be obsolete in a few years time. We jump through hoops to comply with laws and obligations that drain us of currency. We are driven from the land to live stacked on top of one another in blocks of flats in towns and cities and we think we are progressing because we have the latest technologies.

Capitalism doesn’t make us wealthy, it makes us poor. You can describe its effects like the analogy of frog placed in a pot of water, and the frog will stay there quite happily while the pot is being heated, not knowing it is being boiled to death. So too it is with Capitalism, our wealth is devalued (inflation), and laws are enacted to control us more and more, taking away our rights, so that the ruling class can gain more wealth while pushing people deeper into poverty, yet all the time we don’t realise it because we are either bribed or fooled by the illusion that possessions are wealth. I say again, what we need to realise is land is wealth.

Carefully evaluate the path you want to take because the decisions you take will not only affect you, but generations after you, and even as collectively we shape the direction of the continents growth and progression.

Africa Launches PAPSSCARD – A step toward financial sovereignty

PAPSS is a new system designed to help African businesses transact across borders with lower fees for moving your money. This provides a real alternative to sending banking transactions through the European and American banking systems which each add there own costs and take their own cut of each transaction to enrich people not directly associated with the financial transaction taking place.

This is a good example of African’s taking matters into their own hands, and being independent of the control of foreigners. We need to see more initiatives like this in every area of life for African nations to break free from the shackles of colonialism and the various power imbalances favouring the nations that take advantage of some African nations, and perhaps even the continent as a whole, current state of immaturity.

“Only for the Money” is my debut single under my real name “Anthony Ewers”, which I started writing back in 2022. The song is about the effects of colonialism, oppression and the tyranny that accompanies the dominant religious narrative and capitalist economic system of the world. The song speaks from a biblical perspective and is based on Habakkuk chapter 2, accompanied by a collection of scriptures that spiritually highlight aspects of colonialism and greed.

ONLY FOR THE MONEY – LYRICS

VERSE ONE

So it seems that all you see,
Is all you care about,
Never mind who feels the pain,
To build your dreams,

People’s lives reduced to pawns,
There on your gaming board,
Just for pride to make a name,
That will hide deceit.

CHORUS

Only for the money,
Never for the truth,
When you gonna see that,
Life is more than loot,

VERSE TWO

Oh behold the lives in chains,
Caught in your stranglehold,
Never had the chance to be,
At peace and free,

If your way of life brings death,
There is hope in it,
Might as well admit defeat
And so find reprieve

CHORUS

Only for the money,
Never for the truth,
When you gonna see that,
Life is more than loot,

VERSE THREE

I know Yah’s love is stonger,
Than your sorceries,
The heart that knows the truth,
Will testify,

Though the spell you cast for now,
To you seems so secure,
Time reveals your web of lies,
Devours souls to live

CHORUS

Only for the money,
Never for the truth,
When you gonna see that,
Life is more than loot,

REFRAIN

Are you really falling,
While you think your rising,
Tell the truth,
Tell the truth,
Tell the truth – yeah.

[lead]

The lies that you tell (have ! will) become your pain,
Now calamity stalks you’re every gain,
Justice is coming for you,

[backing]

Only for money,
Only for money,
Only for money – yeah
Only for money,

[lead]

The lies that you tell (have ! will) become your pain,
Now calamity stalks you’re every gain,
Justice is coming for you.

I speak of the lies and the trickery in those want to dominate the earth and its people for power and money, yet claim to be the protectors of humanity and civilisation. Here the scripture says:

“and wealth indeed betrays him.
He is an arrogant man never at rest.
He enlarges his appetite like Sheol,
and like Death, he is never satisfied.
He gathers all the nations to himself
and collects all the peoples as his own.”

(Habakkuk 2:5 BSB)

What a metaphor that the bible uses, think of how many people have died since the beginning of time, and the bible says the colonialist “who gathers all nations to himself”, that they have a greed likened to the “greed” of death itself. The meaning is, as death is never satisfied, so too, nether is the greed of the colonialist.

I believe in this way, the living word of God still speaks to us today, and sadly, the reason why the “Matrix Churches” don’t want to speak much from the so-called “Old Testament”, except when it comes to paying tithes. These Matrix churches simply don’t want to acknowledge the inherent greed in the system they gave their blessing to (look up Dum Diversas, Romanus Pontifex and Inter Caetera), that helped to shape the capitalist structure of the world today because of the aggressive, genocidal and expansionist exploits of mainly European nations and those located in the northern hemisphere.

PRODUCTION

From a production standpoint, I found the music easy to write, the lyrics came fairly easily too, but singing them to a decent standard I found a challenge. I also went through a few different variations of the album art. Shrinking back from anything that might be litigious.

I settled for a version of album art that shows the flags of nations that are colonisers or colonial states above a map of the world. In the background you can see bank notes, coins and financial charts. The map of the world shows the territories claimed by colonisers in orange, and the colonial states themselves in brown. Russia is the notable exception as its means of colonisation, like China is much more based on economic subterfuge, although it has had some colonial power over regions like Ukraine, and similarly as China does with Taiwan. However, even the mighty China was at one time colonised too.

Anthony Ewers - Only For The Money
Anthony Ewers – Only For The Money

The focus of the song is Habakkuk chapter 2.

As much as we think of the world as advanced and are bribed by the European way of life, we have to realise that his mode of civilisaiton is not sustainable, because it relies on unjust principles and a perpetually maintained hierarchy of dominance, with the most greedy and evil people at the top of the structure of control. However, as Bob Marley stated, “you can fool some people some of the time, but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time” (also attributed ironically to Abraham Lincoln). The masses are starting to wake up to the fact that all is not well, discontent is rising.

The Europeans have never had to face a court or judgement of any kind for their wrongdoings in the past. I believe this gives their people a kind of hubris and bravado, much like the thief that has not yet been caught despite a spate of crimes. In the present day, the devouring nature of European culture is separated from the masses of its people by its war machine who operate out of sight and out of mind, with its activities conveniently framed by the mainstream media and an establishment that suppresses dissent and alternative voices.

The European believes their life is better than anyone else’s, and though they complain about the cost of living, they will put up with that, high taxes, the growing government corruption, poor services and erosion of wealth, and perhaps even ironically “the invasion of foreigners”; yes they will put up with all this because they have a psychological security mechanism, that of being European. By stealth their wealth is taken away from them by their governments, the technocrats, all the elements of their society than pander to their desires. This in turn feeds their war machine system through a complex network of banking, investment and taxation. Some know this war machine as the military industrial complex.

On “The State of Israel”

The present day manifestation of the more brutal side of European dominance, power and warmongering lust are The Ashkenazi “Jews”, those who are publicised by the world’s media as the inhabitants of “The State of Israel”. These people in fact don’t deserve a state in any place except Europe from which they originated. These people are not the original inhabitants of the Palestine, but originate from the area of present-day Ukraine and Western Russia. Check out the book The Thirteenth Tribe by Arthur Koestler who himself is of “Jewish” origin, this will give you the facts behind this truth.

The Ashkenazi “Jews” are converts to a religion who practice a sham and not the truth. It is a TOTAL delusion to believe that The State of Israel has any right to the land of Palestine whatsoever (or of any land in Africa for that matter), and all this violence is based purely on the fallacy that the Ashkenazi Jews are God’s chosen people with a right to the land of Palestine, which sadly is simply an extension of the demon that is white supremacy.

What the genocide in Palestine tells me, is that the same colonial powers that initiated land grabs right across the planet through war, violence, terror and injustice, during the age of expansion, haven’t learned their lessons from the past. In fact they are comfortable with inhumane slaughter and proving to themselves that might wins over right, even while telling everybody else the exact opposite to give themselves a veneer of respectable civility.

I am not a denier of the Jewish holocaust, history is real, but history didn’t start in the 20th century. However, we have to recognise, a state can’t be born because a banker (Rothschild) and a couple of colonial regimes decide they want to partition up land that does not belong to them, without the agreement of the true owners of the land (the Palestinians). My assertion is, if we even agree that The State of Israel, particularly in its current location has any legitimacy whatsoever, then we agree to the principle of “might over right”, and that is, as we can see, a race to the bottom and to the destruction of many values decent humans hold to be worthy.

Remember, this scenario we see playing out in Palestine could have happened in Africa (Uganda) if the original plan of the Ashkenazi Jews had succeeded, because they wanted to build a home for the Jewish people there originally before settling on Palestine. Look up The Uganda Plan, if you haven’t already heard about it.

BROADER CONTEXT

You must understand, the technocrats lust for weapons, power and control, and the mechanisms we have seen played out in such horror on Palestine, are the same tools that white supremacy will allow to be used on other nations that threaten to stop it’s relentless “progress”. Indeed now the masses have been desensitised to the horror of western aggression through this horrific precedent which has been set, this will bolster the pride of the nations who delight in war to carry on with their atrocities.

My track “Nature of the Beast” speaks of what the end of this system will conclude in, unless we form the understanding to fundamentally change our way of life, leading to repentance, globally.

“Only For The Money” has a laid back melancholic feel to the music. It is a reflective and analytical look at a society that is dominated by unjust power, greed and violence as the song explores colonialism, oppression and tyranny from a biblical perspective. Discover the trickery in those who destroy the earth and its people for power and money, yet claim to be the protectors of humanity and civilisation! The anti-colonial struggle continues! REVIEWS

Radio Airplay’s – Zachary Larson

Overall Impression:
Only For The Money is the newest release by faith-based artist Anthony Ewers. On sound alone, Only For The Money brings to mind snarky Pop Punk bands from the late 90’s and early 2000’s. But it has replaced the guitars with electro-pop synths and keeps the groove chilled out. The melodies and vocal harmonies sit easily on the ears, relishing in longer notes and a calm delivery. This all works in stark contrast to the lyrical content, which turns its back on corruption, colonialism, greed, and tyranny. The positive sound and mood provides a unique backdrop for the thought-provoking lyrics, and gives this song a multi-faceted character. All in all, Only For The Money is a cool new faith-based listen that makes you think deeply about what you believe.

Strongest Point(s):
Having examined his own faith deeply, Ewers is critical of many facets of Christianity. He puts these critiques on display in the lyrics, while still maintaining a Pop sound overall. This places the song in a very unique position, and adds a ton of authenticity. This music is catchy yet cutting, fierce yet fun, and leaves you asking questions.

Target Audience Appeal:
Fans of Faith-based Rock and Pop will enjoy Only For The Money by Anthony Ewers.

Artist target suggestions:
Christafari, LeCrae, Bloodhound Gang, Blink 182, Relient K, Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, The Presidents, Crazy Town, MercyMe, Crowder, Sinach, MxPx, Alien Ant Farm, Carlene Davis

Racist banking practices affecting Africa

Africa, Black Awareness, Blog, Economics, Educational, Video

Another great Subi Shop video exposing the racist banking practices that affect African countries. The statistics clearly show that African countries may be as credit worthy as European nations, but they are charged more in interest and fees that those European nations when it comes to borrowing loans. What this means is that African nations stay in debt longer and develop more slowly than their European counterparts.

This goes to prove the point I make in many of my articles, that they European system is heavily stacked against Africans and exists as a means of exploitation.

On a deeper level, when Africa clearly has more resources than Europe, which is why the Europeans have been plundering Africa for the last 400 or so years, you have to question why African’s have to borrow from Europe in the first place?

It is time for the sleeping giant to arise, move from merely providing resources through extraction, to refining and processing with the aim of making finished goods. Understand this, if European nations (and I include USA in this) as well as those from the east such as China, Russia and India actually paid a fair price for raw materials, or paid the far higher price for finished goods sold from African companies, then they would not have the standard of living that they do now. Africans would not be running to earn better pay abroad on other continents, it would be Europeans wanting to escape to Africa!

Rockerfeller’s Eurocentric Capitalist Vampire

Some say capitalism is vampirism. The lifeblood of the system is our often underpaid labour which we use to buy “stuff”. Of course we love goods, services, technology and the apparent ease of life that the capitalist system produces. The world over capitalism seems to have largely beaten other systems like socialism and communism, although you might say that notable countries such as China, Russia, Cuba, North Korea etc still hold onto forms of economic control more rooted in those systems.

However, what we have to understand is, capitalism, at its root relies on exploitation, and the business model of the most successful companies we see feeds on corruption and a system that magnifies greed and treats the workers that build the business as expendable, manipulable resources. The debt trap, security, or even pride of status keeps us contributing to a system that is systematically designed to devalue everything except the profits it makes. Therefore the worlds resources and the people who extract them and manipulate them are slaves to a system that has us locked in a perpetual battle of l
